本文讨论了在光学仪器装配过程中,用误差校正环(一个常数校正环加两个以下函数校正环)在额定工作条件下,对仪器误差进行校正的可能性。导出了误差校正后,各原始误差和校准误差的误差传递系数计算公式(使用上述误差校正环只能补偿仪器的系统误差)。为保证某个性能指标,在一次操作中同时使用的误差校正环数目最好不要超过三个。本文得出的结论对光学仪器装调用误差校正环的设计具有一定的指导意义。
This article discusses the possibility of correcting instrument errors at nominal operating conditions using an error correction loop (a constant correction loop plus two following function correction loops) during optical instrument assembly. The formula for calculating the error transfer coefficient of each original error and calibration error after error correction is deduced (using the error correction loop described above can only compensate for the systematic error of the instrument). To ensure a certain performance index, it is better not to use more than three error correction loops in one operation. The conclusion obtained in this paper is of guiding significance for the design of error correction loops for optical instruments.
