目的总结“三防”医学救援队执行上海世博会核与辐射安全保障及医学应急救援任务的工作经验,为今后开展核与辐射事故应急救援任务提供借鉴。方法结合上海世博会核与辐射安全保障及医学应急救援任务工作实际,进行回顾总结。结果精心筹划、严密组织、强化管理是完成任务的根本保证,同时对重大活动期间放射性同位素安全管控、核与辐射危害及其应急救援科学普及、兵力科学投入使用等方面提出了改进建议。结论在完成核应急医学救援备勤等重大任务后及时总结经验,对未来执行应急救援任务有重要参考意义。
Objective To summarize the experience of the “Three Preventions” medical rescue team in carrying out the tasks of nuclear and radiation safety assurance and medical emergency rescue at the Shanghai World Expo to provide reference for future emergency rescue missions of nuclear and radiation accidents. Methods Based on the actual work of nuclear and radiation safety assurance and medical emergency rescue mission in Shanghai World Expo, the review is summarized. Results Careful planning, strict organization and strengthening management are the fundamental guarantees for the completion of the task. Suggestions on improvement of radioactive isotope safety control, nuclear and radiation hazards and their emergency rescue science popularization and military science input and utilization during major events are put forward. Conclusion It is of important reference significance to carry out the emergency rescue mission in time in order to summarize the experience after completing the major tasks of nuclear emergency medical rescue and preparation.
