本文比较了十一个通用的、计算机控制的图象处理系统。这些系统大概可以作为过去十年内欧洲建造的许多类似系统的具有代表性质的样本。它们包括为研究图象处理本身或者解决特定问题而建造的系统,也有一些更加面向实用的系统,甚至还有一个作为商品出售的常规图象分析器。文中对这些系统的总目标,基本参数、硬件结构上的特点,软件支持和应用范围进行了全面分类。
This article compares eleven general-purpose, computer-controlled image processing systems. These systems probably serve as a representative sample for many of the similar systems built in Europe over the past decade. They include systems built to study the image processing itself or to solve specific problems, as well as more practical systems, and even a conventional image analyzer sold as a commodity. In this paper, the overall objectives of these systems, the basic parameters, the characteristics of the hardware structure, software support and application of a comprehensive classification.
