一个城市、一个规划区或一个工厂中的建筑无外乎可以分为三个类型:第一是污染源,如化工厂、火电厂、冶金厂及锅炉房等,它们排出的有害物质会对其它建筑造成危害;第二是怕污染的建筑和环境,如高级宾馆、学校、公园、人口密集的商业区及生活区、精密仪器工厂等,它们应设在优美洁净的环境之中,远远地避开污染源;第三是其他建筑。且不说水污染、噪音、土壤污染等,就大气污染而论,风往往是传播大气污染物的媒介。因此,在环保规划、总图设计中,如何根据风向来合理地布置各类建筑,确定污染源和怕污染建筑的位置,是一个至关重要的问题。
The construction of a city, a planning area, or a factory is nothing but three types. The first is pollution sources, such as chemical plants, thermal power plants, metallurgical plants, and boiler rooms. The harmful substances that they discharge will affect other buildings. The second is the fear of pollution in buildings and the environment, such as high-end hotels, schools, parks, densely populated commercial areas and living quarters, precision instrument factories, etc. They should be located in a beautiful and clean environment, far away. Open pollution sources; the third is other buildings. Not to mention water pollution, noise, soil pollution, etc. As far as air pollution is concerned, wind is often the medium that spreads air pollutants. Therefore, in environmental protection planning and general plan design, how to rationally arrange various types of buildings according to the wind direction and determine the location of pollution sources and fear of pollution is a crucial issue.
