1987年以来,国家科委每年都要公布中国科技人员在国内外发表论文数量和论文被引用情况的年度统计和分析结果,这已被科技界公认为“学术榜”。科技力量雄厚的单位都在想方设法提高自己的位次;各种涉及单位位次和“前途”的软科学研究,也促使“发展中的单位”纷纷设立各种名目的奖励,以增强自己的竞争实力,力图列入国家科委的“排名表”。
Since 1987, the State Science and Technology Commission has announced annually the annual statistics and analysis results of the number of papers published by Chinese scientists and technologists both at home and abroad and the citations of theses. This has been recognized by the scientific community as the “academic list.” Strong scientific and technological units are trying to find ways to improve their rankings; various soft science studies involving unit rank and “future” have also prompted “developing units” to set up rewards of various kinds in order to enhance their own competition Strength, trying to be included in the State Science and Technology Commission “Ranking Table.”
