新课程标准的理念认为:教育是一个充满人文思想的情感活动,要建立促进学生、教师和课程不断发展的评价体系,评价要提供强有力的信息,旨在促进发展。在中学音乐教学中,应建立起较科学的教学评价机制,使教师不断根据学生锻炼的实际效果,来进行评价并调整教学手段,而学生也能在教师教学评价机制的指导下,结合自身内在感受和锻炼效果信息不断调整自己的学习行为,取得更好的学习效果。
The philosophy of the new curriculum standard is that education is an emotional activity full of humanistic thoughts.
