龙口油泵油嘴股份有限公司拥有职工1600人,固定资产5670万元。在实现两个转变过程中,龙口油泵油嘴股份有限公司同其他国有企业一样,面临着职工的思想观念与市场竞争的形势不相适应的问题,如何改变这种局面,使企业更好地适应市场,占领市场,成为摆在企业政治思想工作者面前的一个首要问题,做为车间党支部书记,要使思想政治工作更好地在两个转变中发挥作用,我认为应主要抓好如下工作:
