由于吸引人工流产术的广泛开展,广大地区对吸引器的需要量日益增加。尤其是为满足广大农村和山区的需要,各地都在器械结构方面,做了多方改进,并获得很多成果。借到上海参观学习,带回负压瓶吸引人工流产的操作技术。现就我院所做负压瓶,结合旅大市妇产科医院在临床试用的结果,介绍负压瓶的结构、使用方法及临床效果。结构 1.所需器材 (1)无色广口瓶数个,容量为125毫升或250毫升均可。 (2)软胶塞每瓶一个,在胶塞中心钻一个6毫米圆孔。 (3)金属弯管每瓶一个,长均8厘米,内径6毫米。
