目的:测定山药配方颗粒中尿囊素的含量。方法:用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Fortis universil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为纯水,流速为0.4 mL.min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长为224 nm。结果:尿囊素进样量在0.156~3.12μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.90%(RSD为0.68%),山药配方颗粒中尿囊素的含量为4.4148 mg.g-1。结论:本方法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可用于山药配方颗粒中尿囊素的含量的测定。
Objective: To determine the content of allantoin in yam prescription granules. Methods: Fortune Universel C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of pure water with a flow rate of 0.4 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 224 nm . Results: The linearity of allantoin injection in the range of 0.156-3.12μg was good (r = 0.999 8), the average recovery was 98.90% (RSD 0.68%). The content of allantoin in yam prescription granules was 4.4148 mg .g-1. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, reproducible, and can be used for the determination of allantoin in yam prescription granules.
