不久前,本刊记者从江西省教育厅获悉,江西省政府出台一系列优惠和帮扶政策,鼓励大学生自主创业。江西规定,毕业两年内的普通高校毕业生自主创业,凡从事个体经营的(除部分特殊行业外),自其在工商部门首次注册登记之日起,3年内按规定可免收26项行政事业性收费,包括工商行政管理部门收取的个体工商户注册登记费、税务部门收取的税务登记证工本费等。按照规定,江西自主创业的高校毕业生,已进行就业登记并参加社会保险的,可按灵活就业人员待遇给予社会保险补贴,补贴的缴费基数按当地上年度在岗职工平均工资的60%计算,养老保险补贴12%,医疗保险补贴3%,失业保险补贴1%,期限最长不超过3年。高校毕业生自主创业的,可申请不超过5万元的小额担保贷款;对合伙经营和组织起来创业并经工商管理部门注册登记的,贷款规模可扩大到20万元,期限可放宽至两年。那么,政策有了以后,是不是大学生的创业路就真的一帆风顺呢?
