阳春三月,柳绿花红,春意盎然。全国小麦及制粉行业的代表汇聚在我国小麦生产的第一大省——河南,参加中国粮食行业协会小麦分会的成立大会,研讨小麦及制粉行业的发展大计。《农产品加工》是此次会议的主要支持媒体之一,本刊记者就粮油企业争创中国名牌的问题采访了中国粮食行业协会常务副会长、中国粮油学会常务副理事长、中国粮食行业协会小麦分会理事长王瑞元。
