2012年是中华全国集邮联合会成立30周年,适逢张包子俊先生诞生110周年。我取出书柜中的相册,望着相册中张包子俊先生的照片,与张包子俊曾经交往的一幕幕又呈现在我的眼前。张包子俊(1902-1994),1925年在杭州发起筹建新光邮票会,先后出任副会长、会长、主席理事、会刊主编。1982年杭州集邮协会成立并任会长,中华全国集邮联合会成立后,任副会长。张包子俊晚年不顾高龄,经常奔走在工矿、机关、学校,为推动中国集邮活动的发展,为集邮爱好者普及集邮知
