尼可地尔(NICORANDIL,SG——75)是近年来合成的抗心绞痛药物,它能扩张静脉系统,又能选择性扩张冠状动脉不增加心肌耗氧量。笔者应用超声多普勒检测该药物对心绞痛病人舒张功能影响,以此来判定其临床疗效,报告如下。
NICORANDIL (SG - 75) is a synthetic anti - anginal drug synthesized in recent years. It can expand venous system and selectively expand coronary artery without increasing myocardial oxygen consumption. I use ultrasound Doppler test of the drug on angina patients with diastolic function, in order to determine its clinical efficacy, the report is as follows.
