为提高缺血心肌的探查率,对再注射~(201)Tl SPECT心肌显像作了研究,并与~(18)FDG及~(13)NH_3-PET进行比较.一、方法:此研究包括进行再次注射~(201)Tl显像和PET显像的18例病人,年龄50~68岁,14例以前有心肌梗塞.冠状动脉造影有单支血管病变者8例,2支和3支血管病变者各5例,无1例冠状动脉呈100%闭塞.距心梗发作时间为2个月~8年.11例在放射性核素检查后做了冠状动脉搭桥,术后做心血池显像观察室壁运动.所有病例在~(201)Tl运动和延迟SPECT显像后,进行再注射~(201)Tl(40MBq)
In order to improve the detective rate of ischemic myocardium, myocardial imaging of ~ (201) Tl SPECT was studied and compared with ~ (18) FDG and ~ (13) NH3-PET.Methods: This study included Eighteen patients who were re-injected with ~ (201) Tl imaging and PET imaging, aged 50-68 years, had myocardial infarction before 14. Coronary artery angiography with unilateral vessel disease in 8, 2, and 3 vessels 5 cases of lesions, no case of coronary occlusion was 100% .From the myocardial infarction attack time was 2 months to 8 years .11 cases of radionuclide after coronary artery bypass graft, after the blood pool imaging Wall motion was observed in all cases.All patients were re-injected with ~ (201) Tl (40MBq) after ~ (201) Tl motion and delayed SPECT imaging.
