OBJECTIVE: To explore the implementation and theoretical basis of the resistance / snail project effectively separating snails from the carrier. Methods: The effects of noise, illumination, color, centrifugal force, pH and salt and other physical and chemical factors on the adsorption capacity of Oncomelania snails were studied by the methods of weight-bearing, immersion and centrifugation. Results: When the noise was 110 db, the snails dropped 100%. When the pH is from low to high, the exfoliation rate changes in a “U” shape. When the pH exceeds 9.7, a slight change can rapidly increase the detachment rate. When the eccentricity reached 823 × 10-5 Newtons (N), the shedding rate was 100%. When the illumination was less than 4146 Lx, the rate of snail excretion increased and 100% exfoliated in 5 minutes at 16587 Lx. The salt solution containing NH had little effect on the adsorption capacity of snails and the rate of exfoliation in salt solution containing Na + and Ca2 + was significantly different. Red light, snail detachment rate is high, with yellow, blue, green and colorless compared to a very significant difference. Conclusion: The above results show that Snail adsorption capacity is closely related to the environment, changing its survival environment, you can change its adsorption capacity. The formation of a high-speed rotating water flow in the water resistance / snail project to increase centrifugal force and noise, increase light intensity, and use of red light in the separation and sedimentation tanks can both improve the effectiveness of the water resistance / snail project.
