治疗方药:党参白术赤石脂各10克,茯苓仙鹤草各12克,炙甘草木香升麻各6克,藿香7克,干葛13克,乌梅5枚。每日1剂,水煎服。大便色白,臭气不重者,加煨肉豆蔻7克,或炮姜1～2克,大便中夹有粘液,色黄气臭,肛门红者,去赤石脂、乌梅,加黄芩7克,黄连4克,呕吐频繁,乳食不化,去干葛、升麻,加伏龙肝12克,炒内金6克,如伴有发热流涕,去赤石脂、乌梅,加紫苏、柴胡、黄芩各6克。在治疗期间,喂食米汤加食盐和葡萄糖粉,或口服 ORS 补液。治疗效果:本组治疗40例,其中35例,经服2～4剂后,获愈;5例无效,治愈率达88%。病案举例:邱某,男,1岁半。1985年11月12日
