从国际科技创新集群发展趋势看,未来主导全球科技创新的必将是一些具有创新活力、强大凝聚力和国际影响力的集群区域或中心,能否拥有这样一批创新集群,将决定一个国家、城市在国际创新体系中的地位.rn在这一形势下,“十三五”时期,我国在北京、上海、粤港澳大湾区等地陆续布局建设国际科创中心,并将其放到了重要位置,中央关于“十四五”规划《建议》再次明确指出布局建设综合性国家科学中心和区域性创新高地,支持北京、上海、粤港澳大湾区形成国际科技创新中心.“十三五”时期各地国际科技创新中心建设的进程如何?各地在谋划“十四五”发展蓝图、建设国际科创中心方面又有哪些新部署?对这方面的人才工作又有那些新布局?
