轮边减速器的优化是装载机传动系统优化的第一步,也是重要的一步.本文阐述了“人—机交互式辅助设计”、“复合形法”两种方法,对它的主要参数进行优化,达到减速比最大和体积最小的目的.这样,有效地利用了轮辋的空间,最大限度地吸收了总传动比,使变速箱和主传动器的传动比减小,载荷减小,体积减小,使传动系统易于设计和布置,降低了整机的成本.本文采用了修正齿轮,改善了啮合条件,增加了齿轮的强度,同时采用了适合工程机械的公式、工况进行计算.
