在我国资本市场建立20周年之际,由上海证券交易所主办,北京大学法学院、中国人民大学法学院和华东政法大学经济法律研究院联合举办,以“与法治同行——中国资本市场20周年法治建设回顾与展望”为主题的第一届“上证法治论坛”于12月4日在北京隆重举行。中国证监会主席尚福林、最高人民法院副院长奚晓明、国务院法制办副主任安建、上海证券交易所理事长耿亮到会讲话。
On the 20th anniversary of the establishment of China’s capital market, sponsored by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Peking University Law School, Renmin University of China Law School and the East China University of Political Science and Law Institute of Economic Law jointly organized by “and the rule of law counterparts - the Chinese capital market 20 Anniversary of the rule of law construction Review and Outlook ”as the theme of the first “ Forum of the Rule of Law ”was held in Beijing on December 4. Shang Fulin, chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Xi Xiaoming, vice president of the Supreme People’s Court, An Jian, deputy director of the Legal Affairs Office of the State Council, and Geng Liang, chairman of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
