在党的开放搞活方针指引下,1991年公司继续坚持“立足于废,变废为宝,服务生产,提高效益”的经营方针,灵活经营,参与竞争,强化管理,在困难中求生存,在竞争中求发展。半年来,取得了购销两旺的好成绩:回收废钢铁6092吨,比年同期增长21.5％,物资销售659万元,比去年同期增长11.5％,实现纯利润46万元。
