本文报告听神经瘤切除术后并发症42例。其最常见并发症为面,听神经损伤;死亡及致残的主要原因为脑干损伤;其它并发症有三叉神经损伤,后组颅神经损伤、远隔部位硬膜外血肿,伤口局部积液及脑膨出、急性肺水肿、脑脊液鼻漏等。本文着重介绍及讨论并发症的发生原因及防治方法。
This article reports 42 cases of complications after acoustic neuromaectomy. The most common complications are facial and auditory nerve injury; the main causes of death and disability are brain stem injury; other complications include trigeminal nerve injury, posterior cranial nerve injury, epidural hematoma at distant sites, and local effusion of wounds. Brain swelling, acute pulmonary edema, cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea and so on. This article focuses on the introduction and discussion of the causes of complications and prevention and treatment methods.
