清肝利肠灌肠液为我院协定处方,由大黄、厚朴、枳壳、生地、蒲公英等五味药组成,具有清热解毒、活血退黄、泻下的功效。在我院应用多年,对降低慢性重型乙型肝炎患者机体内毒素含量、改善内毒素引发的炎症反应、缓解临床症状、保护脏器功能等方面有良好的疗效。方中大黄清热解毒,荡涤积滞,通腑逐瘀为君药,且游离蒽醌类化合物是大黄的主要活性成分。因此本研究选择芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚及大黄素甲醚为指标成分,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行含量测定
