软腐病与炭疽病,是大白菜上的两种主要病害。大白菜从莲座期至包心期,极易遭受危害.对白菜的产量影响极大。 大白菜软腐病俗称“翻蔸”。一般由菜帮基部份口处开始,形成收浸状湿润区,后逐渐扩大并变成淡灰褐色,组织呈粘润软腐状,并散发出恶臭,具硫化氢气味。发病严重的植株,结球小;叶柄基部和根茎处心髓组织完全腐烂,用脚一踢,菜头即落下。
