酒钢矿石中含铁矿物有近50%的菱铁矿和褐铁矿,使焙烧后的矿石含有大量孔隙及裂隙,且精矿亲水性强,精矿中含有大量吸附很强的微细孔中的毛细水,真空过滤压差小,难以脱水。这就是酒钢焙烧磁选精矿过滤水分居高不下(达16%~18%)的原因。本文简述了用真空过滤法过滤酒钢焙烧磁选精矿所能得到的最低滤饼水分(14%~15%),及其使用多种助滤剂的效果(降低1%~1.5%的水分)。研究结果表明,对具有很强矫顽力的酒钢磁团聚精矿,气体压滤是最有效的降低精矿水分的措施。
