患者女,住院号:10237,48岁,干部。发现脐部肿物三年,开始时较小,生长缓慢,无明显红、痛、热,未予治疗。近两个月来,脐部肿物增大稍快,约直径2厘米,局部红、痛,轻度发热,肿物无分泌物排出。经抗炎治疗后肿物红、痛、热消失,仍直径1厘米大小。以“脐部肿物”于1983年8月22日入院。既往曾患胆石症先后施行两次手术。曾有高血压病史。22岁结婚,婚后未生育,平时月经正常,脐部肿物大小变化与月经期无关。体检:一般情况好,心律整,心尖区二
