英语精读课是英语专业必修的基础课,因其具有显著的人文性特征,而成为培养学生语言能力和人文精神的重要平台。师范类英语专业更因为其特殊的专业特点,使人文性教学的施行变得迫在眉睫。人文性教学可以充分体现精读课上内容的人文精神,培养学生的独立思考能力,最终实现素质教育的最终目的。
English Intensive Reading is a compulsory basic course for English majors. It has become an important platform for cultivating students’ language ability and humanistic spirit because of their distinctive humanistic features. Normal English majors make the teaching of humanities more urgent due to its special specialty. Humanistic teaching can fully reflect the humane spirit of intensive reading class content, cultivate students’ ability of independent thinking, and finally realize the ultimate goal of quality education.
