本文基于对铝材进行各种条件下的压缩试验,用数学解析方法,把表面曲线视作时间序列的随机函数,借助于计算机数据处理技术来分析研究塑性变形表面的形态。通过实际测试获得了大量数据,有助于对变形表面建立物理模型和进行定量化的理论研究。试验中得到了载荷、变形度和摩擦力相互问的确切关系。文章客观地从摩擦学角度阐明了塑性变形表面的摩擦机理。
Based on the compression test of aluminum under various conditions, the surface curve is regarded as a random function of time series by means of mathematical analysis, and the morphology of the plastic deformation surface is analyzed by means of computer data processing technology. Through the actual test, a large amount of data is obtained, which helps to establish the physical model of the deformed surface and carry out quantitative theoretical research. The exact relationship between load, deformation and friction is obtained from the test. The article objectively clarifies the friction mechanism of plastic deformation surface from the perspective of tribology.
