本刊十几年前,开始刊出我国人才学领导、前辈兼学者缪进鸿教授开创人才学一门分支学科——比较人才学的文章。那时他的研究刚刚起步,现在经历十八年,终于结出硕果。自现在开始,将陆续出版丛书八集;此文介绍的是第一集。作者具有远见,目标远大,任务艰巨;但他以愚公移山精神,点滴扎实,广搜资料,遍求教益,下了很大分析、综合工夫,坚持科学态度、求实方法,得出大量成果,成为人才开发决策的重要参考。他的研究,受到国内外知名学者的赞赏、重视。本刊将陆续推介,以飨读者;期望比较人才学在我国从此更加受到重视,茁壮成长,对人才开发、宏伟事业作出更大贡献。
