我科6年中收治痢特灵致溶血性贫血10例,全为男性,年龄5个月～3岁,均因腹泻或痢疾在外院服痢特灵,总量200～600mg(约10～20mg/kgd),用药时间2～3天,服药后第1天发病4例,第3天4例,第5天2例。除1例其兄8个月时因患蚕豆黄死亡,余均无贫血、出血等疾病家族史。均有精神萎靡、嗜睡、面色苍白、排酱油色尿或红葡萄酒样尿,巩膜及皮肤黄染,肝大4例,脾大2例,血红蛋
