本刊讯2013年4月1日,新疆天宏纸业股份有限公司(简称新疆天宏)发布关于国有股权无偿划转事项获得国务院国资委批复的提示性公告。公告称,2013年3月30日,新疆天宏收到新疆生产建设宾团转来的国务院国资委《关于新疆天宏纸业股份有限公司国有股东所持股份无偿划转有关问题的批复》,同意将新疆石河子造纸厂所持新疆天宏3359.0432万股股份无偿划转给新疆生产建设兵团农十二师国有资产经营有限责任公司。
