体育田径教学对于青少年学生来说会感到枯燥乏味,而学生们都喜欢做游戏,将形式多样的游戏活动与田径教学有机地结合起来,既符合新课程理念要求课堂教学要寓教于乐激发学生学习兴趣,又有效地达到了教学目标,取得了良好的教学效果。文章从体育田径训练课开始、训练中、训练结束后三个部分探讨了将与教学内容一致的游戏活动融入教学中的做法,进而全面提高课堂教学有效性。
