随着电力市场体制的不断改革与发展,直接给电力供电企业的市场营销工作带来前所未有的巨大冲击,也就是说电力营销是整个供电企业的业务核心,其营销效果高低直接关系到企业未来的生存和发展,在这样的新形势环境下我们就必须要严格的按照市场规律,实现商业化的运作模式,全面采取创新的营销管理策略,提升在市场中的企业核心竞争力,为广大用户提供满意的服务质量。最终提升企业的经济发展效益。下面笔者结合自身多年的工作经验谈谈关于电力企业营销管理的及电策略,仅供各位参考。
