用中药川芎嗪对１０例肾病综合征（ＮＳ）住院患儿治疗１月，并另选１０例常规治疗作为对照组，治疗前后，组间比较提示川芎嗪治疗组比对照组治后ＴＮＦ下降有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），说明川芎嗪能明显抑制ＮＳ病人ＴＮＦ的分泌。
Ten cases of nephrotic syndrome (NS) hospitalized children were treated for 1 month and another 10 routine treatments were taken as the control group. Before and after treatment, compared with the control group, the results showed that TNF in the Ligustrazine-treated group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.01), indicating that tetramethylpyrazine can significantly inhibit the secretion of TNF in NS patients.
