教师的专业化(Teacher professionlization)是指教师将教学作为一门专业的认识和发展过程。随着新课程的不断推进,首当其冲的给英语教师带来挑战。新课程要求教师专业化程度要不断的提高。因此英语教师专业化发展问题成为当前英语教育课程改革的首要问题。
Teacher professionlization refers to teachers’ teaching as a professional cognition and development process. As the new curriculum continues to advance, it is the first challenge that English teachers face. The new curriculum requires teachers to continue to improve the degree of specialization. Therefore, the professional development of English teachers has become the primary issue of the current English education curriculum reform.
