目的 探讨浆细胞性淋巴瘤中EB病毒感染与bcl 2蛋白表达的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学、原位杂交分别检测 7例浆细胞性淋巴瘤bcl 2、LMP 1蛋白的表达及EBER1/ 2 ,并且对bcl 2、EBER1/ 2双阳性病例进行双标记检测。结果 7例浆细胞性淋巴瘤均呈bcl 2蛋白阳性 ,2例喉部病例呈EBER1/ 2阳性 (双标记证实 ,其中EBER1/ 2阳性的肿瘤细胞 6 0 %～ 70 %同时bcl 2阳性 ,bcl 2阳性的肿瘤细胞 80 %～ 90 %同时EBER1/ 2阳性 ) ,其中有 1例呈LMP 1阳性。结论 浆细胞性淋巴瘤bcl 2蛋白表达率很高 ,EBER1/ 2表达率较低。EB病毒的感染与bcl 2蛋白的高表达相关性不大 ,可能与病变部位有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between EB virus infection and bcl 2 protein expression in plasma cell lymphoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression of bcl 2 and LMP 1 proteins and EBER 1 /2 in 7 cases of plasma cell lymphomas. Double-marker detection was performed in double positive cases of bcl 2 and EBER 1/2. Results Seven cases of plasma cell lymphoma were all positive for bcl 2 protein, and 2 cases of laryngeal cases were EBER 1 / 2 positive (double labeling confirmed, EBER 1 / 2 positive tumor cells 60% to 70% and bcl 2 positive, bcl. 2 positive tumor cells were 80% to 90% positive (EBER1/2), and 1 patient was positive for LMP1. Conclusions The plasma bcl 2 protein expression rate is high in plasma cell lymphoma and the expression rate of EBER 1 / 2 is low. Epstein-Barr virus infection is not associated with high bcl-2 protein expression and may be related to the site of the lesion.
