2009年辽宁省高考英语试题在命题上遵循了新课程《考试大纲》的要求,基本体现了平稳过渡的命题原则,整卷的难度系数为0.57,平均分为68.68分(总分为120分),随着全国范围内新课程改革的不断深化,高考命题也将在稳定中求发展,发展中求变化。本文将根据近年高考英语命题情况,对2010年高考英语的命题新动向进行分析与预测,并给出相应的科学备考对策。
