《“十一五”长江黄金水道建设总体推进方案》实施以来,沿江各省市纷纷出台加快水运发展的政策,制定水运发展规划,完善水运法规体系,加大投资融资力度,加强水运基础建设。长江航务管理局局长唐冠军为本刊撰写的“加快推进长江黄金水道大建设大发展”一文,其中提出的规划和措施预示着:合力建设长江黄金水道将迎来新一轮的大发展。
Since the implementation of the Eleventh Five-year “Overall Plan for Promoting the Construction of the Golden Waterway in the Yangtze River”, all provinces and municipalities along the Yangtze River have put in place policies to speed up the development of water transport, formulate plans for the development of water transport, improve the laws and regulations on water transport, intensify investment and financing and strengthen infrastructure construction for water transport . Tang Guanjun, director of the Yangtze River Navigation Administration, wrote a paper entitled “Accelerating the Great Development of the Yangtze River Golden Waterway Construction”, in which the proposed plans and measures foreshadowed that a concerted effort to build the Yangtze golden waterway will usher in a new round of great development .
