关于辐射种子贮存效应的研究,近年来报道的仅涉及贮存时间和条件,而对辐射剂量的研究较少,现将我们的试验结果报告于后。材料与方法采用目前推广品种西育7号和小偃5号等风干种子,粒选,在本所钴室进行不同剂量辐射处理,然后在室温条件下,贮存不同时间,进行细胞学观察,以染色体畸变率作为贮存效应的指标。
The study on the storage effect of radiation seeds, reported in recent years only relates to the storage time and conditions, and less research on radiation dose, we report the results of the experiment later. MATERIALS AND METHODS Using the dried seeds of Xiyu No.7 and Xiaoyan No.5 which are the current popularized varieties and selected by grain size, the cells were irradiated with different doses in our cobalt chamber, and then stored at different times at room temperature for cytological observation. Chromosome aberration rate as an indicator of storage effect.
