目的:文章将SPCS运用于大学生高尔夫球队的心理训练中。通过对运动员进行生物反馈放松训练,使他们掌握呼吸放松、增强注意集中性、消除紧张和焦虑的方法,并以良好的自我放松和调节能力应对比赛。方法:研究利用SPCS对5名运动员进行赛前三个月和赛中四天的生物反馈训练。结论:SPCS通过图像、声音和数据的实时反馈,使运动员直观地获得自己身心状态的信息,促进他们逐步掌握放松训练和注意力集中训练,并且在类比赛应激环境下依然能保持训练中良好的自我调节能力。
Objective: The article applies SPCS to the psychological training of college students golf team. By giving athletes relaxation training in biofeedback so that they have a better grasp of breathing, increasing concentration and eliminating tension and anxiety, they also respond to the competition with good self-relaxation and adjustment skills. Methods: We studied the biofeedback training of five athletes during the first three months and the fourth day of race using SPCS. CONCLUSIONS: Through real-time feedback of images, sounds and data, SPCS enables athletes to obtain information about their physical and mental status intuitively, and helps them to gradually grasp relaxation training and concentration training, and still maintain good training in the class competition stress environment Self-regulation ability.
