目的:检测MRP和ToPo在局部晚期食管鳞癌上的表达及与临床病理因素的关系。方法:使用免疫组化方法检测275例局部晚期食管鳞癌上MRP和ToPo的表达情况并分析其与临床病理因素的关系。结果:MRP高表达率为42.9%,高表达与T分期和脉管侵犯有关(P<0.05),ToPo低表达率为60.0%,低表达率亦与T分期和脉管侵犯有关,两者表达情况与性别、年龄、肿瘤细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移情况等无关。结论:共同检测MRP和ToPo情况有利于判断局部食管癌浸润情况,同时可应用于预测食管癌化疗敏感性,有利于化疗个体化进行。
Objective: To detect the expression of MRP and ToPo in locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological factors. Methods: The expression of MRP and ToPo in 275 cases of locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry and their relationship with clinicopathological factors were analyzed. Results: The high expression rate of MRP was 42.9%. The high expression was related to T stage and vascular invasion (P <0.05). The low expression rate of ToPo was 60.0%. The low expression rate of MRP was also related to T stage and vascular invasion, Situation and sex, age, tumor cell differentiation, lymph node metastasis and so on. Conclusion: The combined detection of MRP and ToPo can be helpful in judging the local esophageal cancer invasion, and can be used to predict the chemosensitivity of esophageal cancer and facilitate the individualization of chemotherapy.
