目的:观察丹红注射液联合硒在60例高脂血症患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法:确诊的高脂血症患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予血脂康胶囊,每日2次,每次2粒。治疗组给予5%GS250 ml+丹红注射液30 ml,西维尔100μg,每日2次,两组均连续治疗4周,观察两组患者治疗前后血脂指标。结果:两组患者治疗后TC、TG均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合硒具有明显降脂疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combined with selenium in the treatment of 60 patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each. The control group was given Xuezhikang capsules, 2 capsules twice daily. The treatment group was given 5% GS250 ml + Danhong injection 30 ml, Sevier 100μg, 2 times a day, two groups were treated for 4 weeks, the two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood lipid indicators. Results: After treatment, TC and TG in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P <0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Danhong injection combined with selenium has a significant lipid-lowering effect.
