在我国实行改革开放、建立社会主义市场经济和社会主义法制国家的进程中,职务性的违法犯罪问题越来越引起社会的关注,因为这种特殊主体的违法犯罪具有更大的社会危害性和危险性。它不仅干扰了党的路线、方针、政策的贯彻执行,践踏了国家法律法规,破坏了社会主义市场经济秩序,更损害了党和政府在人民群众中的形象和威信,败坏了社会风气,侵害了广大人民群众的利益。因此,应重视和加强对职务犯罪的预防研究,本文就职务犯罪在当前呈现的现状、成因进行深入探析,在此基础上提出职务犯罪的对策。
In the course of implementing the reform and opening up and establishing a socialist market economy and a socialist country under the rule of law in our country, there is a growing concern over the crimes committed by the government because of its greater social harmfulness and Dangerous. It not only disrupted the implementation of the party’s line, principles and policies, trampled on state laws and regulations, undermined the order of the socialist market economy, harmed the image and prestige of the party and government in the masses of the people, ruined social norms and infringed upon The interests of the broad masses of people. Therefore, we should attach importance to and strengthen the research on the prevention of job-related crimes. In this paper, the current status and causes of job-related crimes are analyzed in depth. Based on this, the author proposes the countermeasures of job-related crimes.
