党的十八届四中全会通过了《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》),这是中国特色社会主义法治道路上的一座里程碑。《决定》全面总结了新中国成立特别是党的十一届三中全会以来我国社会主义法治建设的成功经验,深入剖析了新时期新形势下法治建设面临的突出问题,体现了以习近平同志为总书记的党中央依法治国理政的坚定决心和信念。银行监管部门要认真学习并深入贯彻《决定》精神,全面加强金融法治建设,推进银行业治理体系和治理能力现代化。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee passed the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Important Issues in Ruling the Country by Law (hereinafter referred to as “the Decision”), a milestone on the road to the rule of law with socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Decision comprehensively summarizes the successful experience of building China’s socialist legal system since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, and analyzes in depth the prominent problems facing the rule of law under the new situation in the new situation. It reflects that Comrade Xi Jinping is The General Secretary’s Party Central Committee’s Determination and Faith in Governing the Country and Administering the Country by Law. Banking regulatory authorities should conscientiously study and thoroughly implement the spirit of “decision”, comprehensively strengthen the construction of financial law and order, and promote the banking governance system and the modernization of governance capacity.
