18年前,顾迈南行程2000多公里,遍访北京及周围地区的基层地震监测台站,为基层地震工作者——这群在平时最容易被忽视、在灾难时却被拉上“审判台”的人们树碑立传。这位《瞭望》新闻周刊的老记者,今年已77岁,她还记得当年那个叫李新津的年轻台长——在他主管的台站里,13个年轻人全都是大学生,他们的地震监测站和住房都是自己建起来的。所有工作上的困难和生活条件的艰辛都未使李新津们觉得悲哀,只有因硬件条件以及检测手段的局限,对于当年某地震异常数据的监测不完备,会成为他们永远的痛。
