目的:采用GC-MS分析柔毛冠盖藤根茎和叶的挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取柔毛冠盖藤根茎和叶中的挥发油,并通过GC-MS法对挥发油成分进行分析。结果:从柔毛冠盖藤根茎挥发油中鉴定出37个化合物,叶挥发油中鉴定出36个化合物,根茎和叶挥发油中相同成分的化合物有18个。结论:本研究报道了柔毛冠盖藤挥发油成分,为合理开发利用柔毛冠盖藤提供一定的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the constituents of the volatile oil in rhizome and leaf of Gynura divaricata by GC-MS. Methods: Volatile oil in roots and leaves of Gynura divaricata was extracted by steam distillation. The volatile oil components were analyzed by GC-MS. RESULTS: Thirty-seven compounds were identified from the essential oil of Rhizome Curvulata. Thirty-six compounds were identified in the volatile oil of the leaves, and 18 of the same compounds were found in the essential oil of the rhizome and the leaf. Conclusion: In this study, the composition of the volatile oil from Corimaa polymorpha was reported, which provided a scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of Gaota polygamy.
