建设工程全过程造价管理与控制是一门新兴的行业,主要是指从工程立项开始,经过初步设计阶段、施工图设计阶段、招投标阶段、到施工合同签订、经历施工阶段,最后到竣工结算都全程参与,全过程、全方位地运用现代化信息技术、经济及法律等手段,通过对建设项目整个建设过程中工程造价的预测、优化、分析、控制、监督等,来获得资源的最优分配以及建设工程利益最大化。
