患儿,男,8个月。出生2月后,出现大小便困难,大便每7—10天一次,量少,秘结;小便每日1—2次,点滴淋漓,并伴有低热。起病2月后,其母无意发现其右下腹部有鹅蛋大肿块,并出现纳呆和恶心等症状。在县医院治疗不见好转。遂于1977年6月3日来我院治疗。体检体温37.8℃,脉搏124次,呼吸60次,发音不良,营养甚差,消瘦,眼眶下陷,精神萎糜。皮肤干燥弹性差,浅表淋巴结无肿大,心肺无异常。蛙腹、腹部青筋暴露,肝脾未触及,肠鸣音稍活跃。下腹部于脐平线可触及一肿物,向左、右下
