我院妇产科曾收治2名紫绀型先心病孕妇。分别于产后当天,三天后因心衰抢救无效死亡。例1,女,23岁。先天性心脏病法乐氏四联症。颜面青紫,杆状指趾。分娩后即出现呼吸困难,不能平卧。心电图示:窦性心动过速,心率120次/分,右心室肥厚、心肌受累。经抢救无效于当日下午死亡。例2,女,26岁,先天性心脏病房间隔室间隔缺损,杵状指趾。正常分娩后因失血较多,给予静脉输血。数
