利川市系湖北省唯一克山病病区。谋道、建南、汪营3个区均有克山病发生。近20年来病情稳定,无急性暴发流行。但潜在型、自然慢型克山病时有发生,说明致病因子在本地区尚未消除。现将145例潜在型克山病人转归报告如下。 145例潜在型克山病,男104例,女41例。年龄最小2岁,最大为72岁。转归与性别、年龄比较差异均不显著(x~2=2.31 P>0.05)。经2～4年的追踪观察,临床治愈5例,占17.2％;显著好转15
Lichuan City, Hubei Province, the only Keshan disease. Mou Road, Jiannan, Wang Ying Keshan disease occurred in three districts. Nearly 20 years in stable condition, no acute outbreak. However, latent, natural Keshan disease occurs from time to time, indicating that the pathogenic factor in the region has not yet been eliminated. Now 145 cases of potential Keshan patients reported as follows. 145 cases of Keshan disease potential, 104 males and 41 females. The youngest 2 years old, the maximum is 72 years old.
