Cardiac arrest is one of the main causes of death. A timely and effective on-site cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can turn many patients into danger. This article reports 12 cases of cardiac arrest 21 times, the results of on-site cardiopulmonary resuscitation are as follows. A clinical data of a group of 12 cases, 7 males and 5 females; aged 5 to 67 years old; 6 cases of organic heart disease.
